Power, water and a dump in the bay.

Hookup and dump bays in North Florida: what to know

A hookup bay lets an RV be loaded, charged and emptied without leaving the garage. The layout places a shore-power pedestal or receptacle near the coach's power inlet, a frost-protected water spigot, and a dump inlet positioned where the sewer hose reaches without strain. Underground lines are set before concrete, so the coach's side and the parking position need to be decided first. Licensed electricians and plumbers install those connections, and the septic or sewer tie-in is permitted separately. Bright lights over the hookup side help when you are draining tanks after dark.
